Terms of Use
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Ownership
The content of blancodagoat.dev, including the Chatlog Magician web application, BlancoKit
(/discord/), the DLC Builder, the written documentation and reference pages,
source code, user interface, copy text, visual design, and derivative assets, is the
intellectual property of Blanco (blancodagoat) and is protected by copyright, trademark,
and other applicable laws. All rights reserved. Two things are excluded from that claim:
third-party components the site serves (libraries, fonts, and similar), which remain under
their own licenses and notices, and the projects published on GitHub described in
"Open-Source Projects" below.
Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the hosted tools at blancodagoat.dev. Chatlog Magician is licensed for personal, non-commercial use, as set out in its LICENSE, and since September 2026 it also requires a paid membership described under "Chatlog Magician Membership" below. BlancoKit tools, including API keys, are free and may be used in your own servers, bots, and projects; reselling or sharing access, credits, or keys is not permitted. Any output you generate through the tools (such as formatted chatlog images or BlancoKit JSON payloads) is yours to use freely.
Open-Source Projects
Some projects shown on this site are published on GitHub under their own licenses, for example texoverride (MIT) and forks of community projects such as CodeWalker (originally by dexyfex and contributors) and GTAW Log Parser. For that code, the license in the repository governs, not these terms. These terms cover the blancodagoat.dev site and its hosted tools.
Eligibility
The site is not directed at children. Use the site only if you are old enough to accept these terms in your country, or if you have any required permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Prohibited Use
Without prior written permission from the author, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, mirror, rehost, or republish any part of the site or the Chatlog Magician application, whether in source, minified, obfuscated, or any other form.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the site or its tools.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, or disassemble any client-side code, except to the extent this right cannot be contractually waived under applicable law.
- Use the name "Chatlog Magician," the "Blanco" or "blancodagoat" branding, or any confusingly similar mark in connection with any clone, derivative, or competing service.
- Remove or obscure any copyright, attribution, or proprietary notice.
- Submit illegal, infringing, abusive, threatening, harassing, doxxing, malware, spam, or other unsafe material through presets, suggestions, uploads, links, or other site features.
- Submit private personal data, private chat content, or someone else's material unless you have the right to do so.
- Scrape, overload, probe, exploit, bypass rate limits, lookup credits, or quotas, evade security controls, rotate IPs or browser identities to evade BlancoKit limits, or interfere with the site or its APIs, except for good-faith security reports sent responsibly.
Trademarks
"Chatlog Magician," "BlancoKit," "Blanco," and "blancodagoat" are trademarks of the author. Use of these marks in connection with any product, service, or site other than blancodagoat.dev is prohibited without prior written consent.
Third-Party Trademarks
The tools on this site are unofficial, fan-made projects. Grand Theft Auto V and RAGE are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive / Rockstar Games; FiveM and RedM of Cfx.re; Discord of Discord Inc.; The Sims of Electronic Arts; GTA World, RAGE MP, alt:V, and other server or platform names belong to their respective owners. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any of them.
No Warranty And Liability
The site and its tools are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Server Builder plans are AI-generated drafts: you review them before anything is applied, and you are responsible for what you choose to apply to your server. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or service availability arising from use of the site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in them removes the statutory rights a paying consumer has under Hungarian or EU consumer law.
Infringement Notices
If you believe your work is being infringed by content on this site, or if you wish to report a clone or unauthorized redistribution of the Chatlog Magician application hosted elsewhere, submit a notice to [email protected].
Notices should include:
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the work you claim is infringed, with a link or description.
- Identification of the infringing material, with a URL or location.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
This email is also the public contact channel for notices about allegedly illegal or infringing hosted content under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), including notices from recipients of the service. Competent authorities may use the same email unless or until a separate authority contact is published.
For United States DMCA purposes, this email is a copyright-notice intake address only. It is not a statement that a DMCA designated agent has been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. If a DMCA agent is registered later, the registered agent details will be published here.
Chatlog Magician Membership
Chatlog Magician was free until September 2026. It now requires an active paid membership on Patreon, starting at $2 per month, and you open the tool by signing in with Patreon. Two higher amounts, $5 and $10 per month, are voluntary support levels: they unlock the same application as the $2 membership and add no features. The $5 level publishes the first word of your Patreon display name on the supporters wall, automatically and for as long as the pledge runs, and takes it off on request; the $10 level adds a Discord role. Both are described in the Privacy Policy.
Patreon is the merchant of record. Patreon takes the payment, sets the billing cycle, and handles cancellation and refunds under its own terms; no card number or billing address reaches this site. Your membership is personal to you. Sharing, reselling, or transferring access, or using more than the allowed number of simultaneous sessions, is not permitted. Access continues while the membership is active and stops when it lapses, is cancelled, or is refunded or charged back. A membership buys access to the hosted tool as it exists at the time; it is not a purchase of the software, a licence to redistribute it, or a commitment to any particular feature, release schedule, or uptime. Prices may change, and any change applies from the next billing cycle after it is announced.
Patreon cannot reach everyone. It is blocked in some countries, and cards issued in others cannot pay a foreign subscription at all. For those cases the same access is sold two other ways, and for both of them I am the seller rather than Patreon. An access code is a string that unlocks the tool for a fixed number of days, counted from the moment it is first redeemed rather than from the moment it was issued. A payment in USDC on the Solana network buys the same thing without an account: you send the exact amount shown at checkout, paste the transaction signature, and a code is issued to you automatically. The price and the product are identical to the $2 membership.
A code is personal to you on the same terms as a membership, and the same limit on simultaneous sessions applies to it. It carries no subscription and nothing is ever charged to you automatically: access simply ends on its expiry date unless you pay again. Paying again from the same wallet extends the code you already hold, and any days you have not used are added to rather than replaced by the new period. If you lose a code you can read it back from the account panel while you are still signed in; once it has expired and the session has ended, it cannot be recovered, because no account or email is attached to it.
Payments on a blockchain are final and cannot be reversed by me or by anyone else. Because access is opened immediately on payment, direct payments are not refundable once a code has been issued, and by paying you are asking for that immediate access. This does not affect any right you have under the consumer law of your own country. If a payment goes wrong, arrives short, or does not unlock anything, email [email protected] with the transaction signature and it will be sorted out by hand. Codes issued as gifts, prizes, or goodwill have no cash value and are not exchangeable. A code obtained by fraud or a charged back payment may be revoked.
Everything else on blancodagoat.dev is unaffected and remains free: the Chatlog Magician changelog and translated landing pages, BlancoKit, the DLC Builder, the guides, the reference pages, and the documentation for the Blender add-on, CodeWalker, the GIF Validator, and the GTAW log parser.
BlancoKit Sign-In And Lookup Limits
BlancoKit server-proxied lookups are subject to daily credit limits per signed-in Discord account (or per browser when not signed in) and shared network caps per IP address. Limits, and reset times are described in the Privacy Policy. BlancoKit has no paid tiers. You may not automate proxied lookups outside the documented API, resell lookup access, or attempt to bypass these limits.
User Uploads And Content
When you upload a screenshot through the Stack, or otherwise submit content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate these terms. Uploaded screenshots are stored on the site's own server and are publicly accessible to anyone who has the returned link. You grant the author permission to store, host, and serve that content at the returned link for as long as it remains hosted. Uploads are mirrored to a private monitoring channel so the image host can be checked for abuse, and community preset submissions are reviewed before they appear publicly. You are responsible for what you upload, and the author may remove any uploaded or submitted content at any time. Only upload images you are comfortable making public.
Problem Reports
The DLC Builder sends a problem report only when you press its Send button. A report is made up of fixed options you tick, plus a slice of the activity history your browser kept locally. There is no free-text field, and file names are replaced before anything is sent. The Privacy Policy sets out what a report contains and how long the local history is kept.
Reports are a courtesy rather than a support contract. Because they carry nothing that identifies you, they cannot be replied to, and there is no commitment to read any given report, act on it, or fix what it describes. Do not send anything through a report that you would not want stored. Sending abusive or unlawful content, or flooding the endpoint, is covered by the restrictions below in the same way as anything else on the site.
Service Restrictions
If someone violates these terms or abuses the site, the author may remove submitted content, disable access to optional features, block abusive traffic, or take other reasonable steps needed to protect the site, users, and infrastructure.
Governing Law And Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless mandatory consumer, platform, or local law gives you another venue, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Hungary.
General Terms
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific notices shown on the site, are the whole agreement for use of blancodagoat.dev.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
